This Silicone Defoamer has been used in various applications such as Effluent Treatment, Cooling water treatment, Paper Industry, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Paint Industries, Textiles, Detergent, Cement Processing, Latex Manufacturing, Polymerization Reactions, Oil and Natural Gas Production, Glass cleaner, Coolants and Antifreeze. To accelerate the dispersion in the foaming medium, the Silicone Defoamer should be diluted to any required concentration prior to use, the preferred method being adding of water to the emulsion and not vice versa. While dilution, excessive shear should be avoided.
